Unexpectedly Ready To Go

What a glorious day!  I'm sitting here inside not enjoying it though...probably a big mistake!  I'm not a huge heat person and so when it's nice (not too hot, not too cold) I really should take advantage of it.  Anyways, I doubt you want to hear about the weather! 

Life has some odd ways of shocking you sometimes!  You never know what is going to happen and then suddenly, unexpectedly you are sitting in a place you maybe never even imagined yourself.  If you would have asked me two years ago I would have told you that I wanted to be a teacher.  But that has changed so dramatically.  Part of it was God's poking me and saying "Here, see this?  I'm showing you something you didn't even see before." Which is exactly what happened.  I have always loved writing but never really thought I was good at it.  I didn't like writing papers necessarily, but hand me a paper and pencil and say write something fun, I was all about that.  I have always written poems and stories, but never really shared them with people.  So it was exhilarating that the first time I really did, I was told I was good at it and should pursue it.  I can only hope one day I can inspire and lead someone to Christ through my work!
